Just venting a bit, but I feel like I was hit by a truck. I've got a muscle paralysis (not a sleep one), then panic attack then second paralysis before I got up. Now we 're well into the afternoon and I've still got very tense muscles, headache, I feel weak and shaking, and it just sucks so bad.
