If you want to buy videos and stuff now, it's easy to get more WX later since you can get around 200WX daily. New clothes for web avatar are added usually twice in a month.

We don't know when Bloom's outfit comes out but you can get 200+ WX daily. We have updates every 2 weeks 14 x 200 = 2800. That's more than enough to get Bloom's outfit. I say just spend it. There's no point in waiting for something you don't know when it'll come out.
