I have a lot of plans for the website to be 100% honest, and, if my life runs the course I wish it to run, then I will eventually find someone to help me improve winx adventure and also PERHAPS recreate Gardenia Park, but this is a huge, huge work and I can't say it would be ready in less than 6 years. Every asset, every script, every line of that game is lost and nothing was saved by anyone, it would be starting completely from scratch based on the very few videos and pictures online as well as people's memories of that game. My focus right now is on Winx Adventure because that's the game I truly grew up with and it's just sort of finished, I need to fix a lot of things but I also have the game sort of working too. I have its assets and everything already "sailing".
But know that my deepest wish is to be able to bring everything that was lost eventually from this era, and Gardenia Park is part of it.
Hey Juleic, I used to be active in the German Winx Club Forum under the name Schelli and was registered on the official Winx Club site for many years. I played both Winx Adventures and Gardenia Park daily.
A few years ago, I was already registered here and even helped out briefly as a minimod. Perhaps you remember that we wrote to each other before?
I would really like to offer you my help, because it would also be my heart's desire to bring Gardenia Park back to life one day.
I'd like to go through my old PC this week because I actually have some old stuff saved.
I'm a trained IT systems electronics engineer and IT specialist and already have some experience in programming, for example, with Unity. I'm currently completing my bachelor's degree in computer science via distance learning. It would also be totally doable to redraw a full tile map set in Procreate – that time was simply unforgettable.![]()
I'd love to hear from you – and if you'd like, we can also continue the conversation via email.
Best regards
Schelli
You’re so kind! That would be amazing Schelli!
