So I just want to first and foremost let everyone know it is, and some of you who have been here for more than a year or a year probably know that. But I'll be addressing some of the things specific users said soon in an announcement, with misinformation and lack of foundation

Hi there!

Thanks a lot for your detailed report!

The chat history issue between town and home is definitely not expected behavior. We’ll investigate why older messages disappear only in certain areas and why they return once you’re back in home.

About the furniture issue (thanks for the image, by the way ), we’ll check the placement logic for those specific items. There might be an issue with their collision or bounding boxes, especially near other objects like that sofa.

Your avatar portrait should update after changing your look, that’s also something we’ll look into right away.

Now that you mentioned sofa interupting other items, I myself tested and removing it helped placing round table at least to the room but that light was still strugling like earlier so I removed everything else. That actually made it mostly being able to be placed right away when testing multiple times. I ran into the other bug though; duplication. Light duplicated and stayed there even when I exited editor and both of them were placed on floor when I rotated the view. After I left room and came back other light wasn't there anymore though so at least it didn't permanently duplicate item. I wasn't able to make this bug happen again but looking at the picture first light I placed on the ground seems to be more near to the wall than I'm able to put it so maybe it slipped over the supposed area and that triggered this??

Also, regarding the picture on the upper left corner: Now that I opened game again it was how it was supposed to look like but I went to test on saloon and yes, it's stuck again on the appearance I had when logging in so right now it does update but just not while the game is running.

Here should be that double light just in case.

I don't know what happened with "blue princess floor" but look:


I just entered in the shop and it was like that (at least in the "spanish" server). I can buy it, but if I try to put it in the room it does not work.

The version is the 0.0, and I think Juleic has the info of my pc yet (?).

Hm, it seems that asset was corrupted. It means it didn't fully download. It'll probably only fix on the next update.

The official game made the assets load in real time, while we do pre-download to ensure faster loading times.

Oh no, now I have a problem: after closing the game and opening it again, my character has disappeared and the game is asking me to create a new character. If I try to create a new character, it says that the nickname I used when I logged in for the first time, has already been taken (so my original character still exists somewhere, I just can't log in with it anymore). Has anyone else has a problem like this? I've logged in the forums and the website atm but the WA game doesn't recognize it's me.


Here's the picture: I can't choose my character anymore, it looks like the game has re-started.

That's very strange. The accounts are directly tied to your accounts, one cannot exist without the other. Are you sure you were connected? Maybe you disconnected from the website while it was loading? (and if so, it is a bug). Can you try again and let me know?

Hi again!
I tried to open the game but I still have the same problem. I logged out and logged in to the website, closed the tabs and re-opened them, shut down and shut on my computer but the game still doesn't recognize me. I haven't tried uninstalling and re-installing the game yet, should I try that?

And is it so that there isn't any straight link to the game on the website? I found only the link I can download the game but when I want to open it, I need to open it from the files of my computer.

I deleted the game and I'm re-installing it atm so I'll see soon if it helps or not.

I created an account with the name Superpupu. The name is still taken so the account exists somewhere.

Now I logged in on my LordDarkar account and I'm able to play with Superpupu again! Thank you so much!! I should've known that dealing with Darkar is not that easy...

I already created a new character on my Hallowinxer account (but I haven't done anything with the account yet). Is it still possible to move Superpupu to my Hallowinxer account nevertheless? If it's possible that'd be so nice!
