Yesterday I found "Stella's Choice" CD (Dutch edition) in thrift store with this old 2006 advertisement of Winx Club Website. No idea what "Magical Surprise" and "Personal Club Card" is tho. But it's curious that the website address is "winxclubgame".

I did some digging and found exactly what that belongs to. INSANE!

Some very, VERY interesting info I found there however:
Bloom's Power Source says: SECRET, even though we already know about the dragon flame.
It's says Musa is the "Fairy of Music Wave" and not Music itself.
Layla/Aisha as the "Fairy of Liquids" not even fluids.

There was also a card game in there, but it's lost to time.

The reason that it says "secret" for her power is because of the timing when merchandise was released, even some 4kids merch mentions "secret" for her power, cards falling under that category, but also other early merch. All those also mentions her coming from earth, rather her origin planet that is Domino, because fans back then didn't know yet, this must be when season 1 was airing for the first time still.

It probably had something to do with the old 4K!DS website to be honest,the "Magical Surprise" might be a toy of the Ring Of Solaria because the thing is,these cards or st least their packaging had this gimmick where they would come with a box and there was a chance you might get the rare Ring Of Solaria,the personal club card must have something to do with either winxclubTV.com which is basically Winx Club Official Website (4K!DS director's cut) or the 4kids website.
