Some companies do that? I heard in Germany,some are trying it out but I never heard other places do it,was it like part time or an avarage 9 to 5 job?

Actually there are a lot of different work schedules
For example you can work 2 days and then have 2 days off and so on but your shift duration is 12 hours that’s not really cool because in reality it’s usually more than 12 hours (time to get to work not included) and the job is something like a shop seller/barista/etc, I mean the salary is not high if we speak about a typical job with this work schedule
