 My Vampire Plus-One, by Jenna Levine

Reading update

I didn't read much this week. Although I was on vacation, I went out a lot, so I didn't have that much time to read.

However, I started and finished The Love Hypothesis by Ali Hazelwood. It's a "booktok" favourite and I really enjoyed it. A nice STEM romance novel. :D Now I'm reading Book Lovers by Emily Henry. I might finish this one today!

It's an interesting storyline, about the publishing business, and most of time it's in a small town (all tropes I enjoy  ). But it somehow feels too simple.

I think I enjoyed other novels of hers a lot more. But I still enjoyed it and finished it the same day.

Oh,okay. Sometimes simplicity make things a little unintresting. Oh would I know that, especially with books

Exactly, sometimes it's a plus, but other times it makes things boring :?

What changes do you think would make the story better?
