It's cool that you get to know her albums chromatically! Ahh, Artpop is a great and so underrated album!!
The release day of Artpop still feels like yesterday because I painted GA-GA on my cheeks and posted a photo of myself holding the album on Facebook and when I realise it's been sooo many years I start feeling so old 
I'm not a fan of jazz either because it feels too restless to me. Gaga's jazz vocal are amazing tho!! But I confess I haven't listened to her jazz albums as much as her pop albums. I don't know much about Taylor Swift's music but I have understond it's kinda a mix of pop and some country elements? If you like it then you'll like Joanne album by Gaga! It's an underrated masterpiece too, even more underrated than Artpop. Joanne was released between Artpop and Chromatica and it's really different than them!
I feel you with the difficulties of choosing favorite songs from Mayhem. It took me 3 months to choose which are my favorites. Every time I listened a song, I was like "this is my favorite!!" and when the next song started playing I was like "ohh THIS one is my favorite"
But I just love Mayhem so much!! And yeah I can't understand how it's even possible to mess with the microphone so badly...
Nevertheless I love Joanne so much. Please let me know what you think about it when you've listened to it 
If you can still see them please link them! I know she has maaany unreleased songs and old demos on youtube but not on her official channel. A couple of brand new unreleased songs were even on Spotify for a while but got deleted. And there're also so many fan-made remixes and mashups on her songs on youtube.
