I remember the first episode of Season 5, it was about spill of oil. I think it was going on TV early in the morning and I was preparing for school or uni or something like that completely forgot the year and the circumstances I never watched winx after season 4
Well, SOMEHOW the universe decided I had to see it. It was a mistake... after that I started rewatching seasons starting with 1 and it was really hard but my good memories kept me going. I skipped only season 4 which was clear in memory and started season 5... It was the last one I ever watched. Season 6 killed me from the beginning. And later I quite liked the opening theme song of season 8 but still haven't found any strength to watch it. Does it worth it at all?

I know there is some questionable lore in this season but I'm not sure whether it destroys my childhood or not

Oh,haha! It might,the season is mostly contradictions that make no sense,wasted potential,not so great outfits,some nice some ear bleeding music and Daphne getting married,if you can handle that for 24 x 26 minutes,then you will do fine!

I feel like 2010's,or att least the middle of it was every girly franchise from the 2000's demise. Winx,Barbie,Bratz,Monster High,Ever After High,Star doll and more... I mean with the fashion of the time,no wonder why

I think it might have also been the consequenses of market crush/recession..

(Btw I've seen a moxie doll in my small, local toy shop, so they kinda are still out there )

Question: I think I've seen somewhere that the new winx dolls are planned for fall 2026. You think that's likely?

The prototype s are already revealed and the official Winx Instagram account is posting pictures of the dolls.

It feels awfully long for me between the teaser posting and release, if it's scheduled for third quarter of next year. 3rd quarter, or even winter of this I get, but 2026, would be off. Then again the reboot also faces lots of delays... - did they push on that too?

I'd dislike it too, if the info is correct... Yeah it's no fun, and definitely long enough for the hype to die out. Though to be honest, I'm pretty sure my childhood self would just completely forget about it and then maybe be very surprised, when it appeared... though morelikely I would never recall it ever again
