I tried out some recipes within the last weeks
I made pizza dough by myself and used a recipe that was written on a flour bag It turned out really good! But even though I made the dough really thin it got so big in the oven. Looked more like a cake than a pizza. I tried out to make pizza dough myself some years ago from time to time but there was always something going wrong and I couldn’t figure out where I made a mistake So I‘m pretty happy about it

Besides that I did a simple recipe from my mother. You just cook spaghetti and and spinach separate. Then you simply spice the spinach up with salt, pepper, garlic and melting cheese. Cooking small cherries in a pan, done. Finishing it with Parmesan and that‘s it. Simple but it was pretty delicious

Honestly back to more than half a year ago I couldn’t cook at all but I got interested in it and I found joy in trying out recipes and eat delicious food I cooked by myself
