I´m not in a good state of mind right now because I´ve much stuff to do, don´t know where to start and I kind of feel like I lost the orientation. My weekend is full and I´m super exhausted. On the one side I´m super excited for my birthday on monday because my best friend is driving 8 hours just to see me and I´ll celebrate with people I love but at the same time I feel so exhausted I don´t want to see anyone But! I´m gonna bake super tasty brownies today. At least something.

Juleic, you really touched my heart. I really enjoyed reading about your whole journey as an developer. You can be so proud of yourself and you never gave up even though there was someone getting in your way. It motivates me to keep going and do the stuff I enjoy.

It´s funny because back in my teenage years I also created some forums with xobor. Not Winx related but I had so much fun creating it. Sadly nowadays I forgot literally everything but I feel the excitement you´re talking about

I feel like I was on forumotion too! Wait..that´s why I got the e-mail right? I´m kind of relieved because at some point I might´ve deleted my e-mail adress

It´s so amazing that you´re working on it (esp. WA) over 10 years! Btw. if you need support to keep up the server costs I´m willing to help. I can´t give much but better a bit than nothing. And I appreciate the work you put in the website. I feel like I just got back in time

It sounds like you're experiencing a whirlwind of emotions and tasks right now... it's a lot to handle, and it makes sense that you're feeling overwhelmed, I'd be too But I think it’s amazing that your best friend is going to such lengths to be with you. That kind of love and support is rare, even if you're feeling drained right now. Maybe on the day, their presence will help lift your spirits.

It means so much to hear that it motivates you to keep going and pursue what you enjoy... I did my best to follow my dreams and work on what I like and enjoy, on university, here, my dubbings... it means so much to be recognized.

Probably, believe it or not I had more than 5000 members on forumeiros, all of them from the old website... a lot of people simply ignored the email, and it's fair, it's been 15 years, 13 since the forums closed... people grow... but others like you joined and that's what matters.

Thank you for checking out the minigame! I made it on purpose to bring nostalgia in the future.

Also, for the server costs, I don't really want any help, first because I can't get money in either way or Iginio can use it as a way to close the website down if he and rainbow wished to, but especially because I'm doing this for fun and dedication, it's really ok to spend all the money at the end of each year because it's worth it for me who enjoys being here, and also you! It's meant to be a free place. Free means no donations.

I definitely do but I really appreciate the support of my family and friends I still feel weak but much better compared to the last days. Btw. I tried to make the brownies but the recipe was for a small and brownie specific sheet metal. I was like:“Pff, what should happen? I‘ll do it anyway.

I had some leftovers and found a muffin tray so I filled everything in there



I really enjoy baking even though it‘s not always turning out like I wanted.
In some cases I put the cake out of the oven, everything alright and then I realize the cake
base is burnt. How that happened? I don‘t have a clue

I‘ll try to get there too. To persue my passion. I‘ve to patient but I‘m gonna make it. Maybe a bit slow–paced. I always expect a lot from myself. Yeah you remind me of my younger self. But I don‘t know. I feel like drawing for example feels so different as an adult. I don‘t feel as carefree as back then. It‘s hard to stick to it again without comparing yourself to others or judging yourself. But thanks for the motivation. I‘ve to focus more on fun again

It’s great to hear you’re feeling better. Having friends and family around means a lot. I also had my friends coming from all sides to my birthday, it was really nice to celebrate with them. But the furthest one of them lives is only one hour away so nowhere near yours. He takes the cake, or brownie.

I like cooking as well, but I’m more into cooking main dishes, things like pasta with tuna or fried rice—but my best friend is obsessed with baking. Her cakes don’t always look picture-perfect either, but they’re always so delicious that I couldn't care less how they look like

I completely get what you mean about things feeling less carefree as you get older.
That’s been my experience too in a way, especially with both my old dubbing projects and now this website, it's not that it isn't as carefree, but maybe we've become more demanding?

When I started my Code Lyoko Beyond fan series on YouTube, it was all about just creating and having fun. No scripts, no planning, just recording and posting. Now, I feel like everything has to be perfect. I write detailed scripts, plan every episode, track continuity in a series bible, and spend hours animating or re-recording audio. Sure, it feels more polished, but it’s not as spontaneous or freeing. Not anyone's fault but mine who decided to get more demanding I guess?

The same goes for this website. I love working on it, and I don't want you to think I don't. But there's some of the things that as a kid I LOVED about it that I can't recreate. For example the excitement I used to feel reading the news or articles is different now because I’m the one writing them. Bugs used to be amusing, but now they’re just something to fix so they don’t ruin anyone else’s experience. It’s rewarding to work on the website and I'm passionate about it but in a different way.

As for the money again, I’ve been saving carefully—every penny from YouTube, or a side job or gifts from my family goes straight into keeping the site running and savings for the future. I even paid for two years upfront last May, so we’re covered until 2026. If I ever face trouble with the idea that the website could close, I’d let everyone know and with a lot of time in advance so that you don't get caught off guard, but I can safely say I don't see that ever happening. I try to be so careful with my money and how I spend things precisely because I didn't find a stable job yet. If I have enough without a proper job, I think that finding one will, if anything, make this much easier.

On the creative side, I think reconnecting with what made things fun in the first place is so important. Comparing yourself to others can suck the joy out of it, but it sounds like you’ve still got that passion deep down. It’s just a matter of letting go of the pressure and focusing on enjoying the process again. Drawing can be fun if you simply let go and draw what your heart wants you to draw. I personally find it really liberating.

I tried really hard to make this visually the same as the original, feeling the same as the original but as fast and "modern" in terms of code as possible to ensure it's fast and smooth.

I’ve been so pumped to launch it, and it’s finally happening.
I'm glad you saved your WX, believe it or not I decided to go full "normal" user to see how easy it would be to get coins for the updates and right now, with the entire shop BOUGHT in the make-up section, I went from 4000 WX to 510 so that's exciting.

As for painting/drawing, I really get that. I find that getting ideas for the work have became harder. Though You seem to be full of creative ideas, so You have that! Maybe we should become painting buddies and motivate each other to draw more regularly? But You really shouldn't compare your works, not to others and not even to yoir other creations. Just let them be.

Thank you! I tried to make WX easier to get but still having that little effort of users needing to save. I also made sure to make forums giving coins every few minutes or per message to ensure people would be tempted to join.

I also feel it's quite balanced. I've been doing the routine of checking news, visiting pages to get every possible 10 WX per day and it's easy to buy one or more items per day. Of course, as items get added it will be more exciting to get coins I think. But I feel like as of now, it's pretty balanced.

I'm also happy that bugs seem to be "dying" out. Everyone found so many little bugs that I fixed on either the website or the game and now it's all been pretty stable for the last month, I'm very happy.

Thank you so much! The last days were quite rough for me I had a lot of people visiting and staying over at my place and since some hours I´m alone again like after a week. It was quite stressful but fun But I think my next birthday will be even smaller. It was too much for me
