Hello! I am the author of the restorations that were published here. I was sent a link to this forum, and I decided to write a little of my opinion here. ^^
It's okay if you confuse my restorations with the official ones. I try to literally repeat the style of the official arts, so that they do not feel alien. I am sent some official arts in good quality, so I repeat them quite accurately. I find the originals in poor quality and literally trace them to repeat them exactly. Sometimes I correct some minor flaws like errors in the palette, maybe proportions, so that the style remains recognizable.
For the basic transformation of official arts in good quality, very, very little. What can I say, almost all the arts from season 1 to 3 exist in poor quality. Especially 3D art. I took on the restoration of them so that people would have access to good, high-quality arts, so that they could be used in designs, stickers, videos, and so on. I just ask people to indicate me as the author, so that people have a source WHERE to get good quality art.
And yes, I mostly upload my art to Pinterest myself, just so that people have access to it!

I also do not only this, but also draw art myself, for example, I am planning a series of art for secondary characters, so that they also have "official" art. And I make 3D models for Winx. Well, that's all :3
