Well,I do think they are passable but I have thoughts... A LOT of them,actually


Bloom DOESN'T LOOK GOOD in this shade of pink,she can look good in pink,don't get me wrong! Just look at Charmix and Believix! But they are both light pinks. Red,orange and hot pinks look too similar to Bloom's hair,they need to stop making the pink the exact same shade as her hair,I am sick of it. At least add an accent color or two. Blue is the opposite of orange,that's why they look good together,they are like black and white,green and red,purple and yellow. They look good together! But bright orange hair and bright pink just look off together,she needs LIGHT pink! Or just don't use pink at all,Winx was different from other girly media at the time because they were unique,girly media always used pink. Even W.i.t.c.h has it's protagonist Will wear pink. While the Bratz don't have a leader or a main character,in the first 3D animated movie,Jade has most of the focus and she wears a lot of pink,Clover from Totally Spies wears red to stand out a little but still,red is a rather similar color to pink. Bloom wears the opposite of pink which is blue. This makes Winx stand out. It isn't a normal girly 2000's cartoon. It is one of the most unique and iconic girly 2000's cartoons. While Winx did use a bit of pink in their merch,which I mean it is gendered marketing what did we expect. But the show itself was extremely unique. It caught every girl's attention and a lot of boys had Winx as their secret guilty pleasures. Kind of like Sailor Moon. But I feel like over time the Winx lost it's uniqueness. Yes,Musa's short pigtails weren't exactly pretty. I was kind of glad she got rid of them actually ( ) but they made her really unique. Teens used to be extremely cool and logical but they made her a bit uncool and I feel like if she went from somewhat emotionless to the most emotional,it would show her evolution. But the girls kind of got similar over time. This makes it worse. Why does Bloom look like she got pink paint splattered all over a fully blue outfit? I don't get it. Blue and red are 2 of the 3 main colors,every other color is a combination of these 3 colors. So why not go with the 3rd one,green or something similar like say YELLOW. That's why Bloom's Magic Winx outfit is iconic. She literally has the 3 main colors of the rainbow,these colors are very different but very harmonious together. It was perfect,I don't get the point of changing that. She has a really cool transformation sequence,though for a transformation there isn't a lot of transforming,which is my one big criticism. I like the reference to Daphne with butterflies that are named Daphne though,that's adorable. I love that.

Flora has too many flowers,I don't think a first transformation should have extreme details,it's supposed to get more complex and even more beautiful from here and they make their own jobs harder. It looks neat but it's trying too hard,I think that's my main problem with the transformation outfits. She doesn't transform enough and I don't get the pole dancing with the vines but other than that,cute! I like the final pose

Layla/Aisha...why...is...she...one...single...color. They did her so dirty,she's so overdone with too many layers and details and she only has shades of one color for her outfit. It's so overwhelming and underwhelming at the same time. I fell bad for her. At least it kind of looks nice. The water looks like slime on her transformation sequence though but other than that and the fact it is a little boring and long,I like it!

Musa...what have they done to you,oh god. I like the outfit. I think it's what I wanted the new outfits to be like but...it's the hairstyle,it's miles better than those short pigtails though( ) Her transformation sequence is trying too hard with the effects,the background and the MJ reference. It's the only one I'd say is bad.

Stella is wearing an Ariana Grande tour outfit,which...her last tour was like 6 or 5 years ago,come on! A little more modern,please! Her outfit has...an interesting material,I must say. I don't really like it. It looks like some sort of reflective fabric but it looks uncomfortable to wear. It doesn't look pretty neither. I'm not happy with the skirt. She looks like all the other girls except Tecna. The reason why they picked shorts is because Stella is very flirty and a bit risque,it also makes her look mature because she is one year older than the other girls after all,so that makes sense for her but this makes her look like she is wearing a matching Halloween costume with her friends instead of an outfit that reflects her personality. Again,Stella has yellow hair and she has yellow on her boots,COLOR THEORY. The pink on her boots are kind of random. I think there is room to improve but it's acceptable,like I think if they are going to make an outfit for Charmix and they are going to improve a lot,I can live with this. She has the 2nd best transformation sequence though! Thankfully they mentioned the moon,thank you Rainbow. Took you like 15 years to address it again I don't like the change from night to day,I feel like a sunrise would be much cooler and MORE transforming! Other than that,10 out of 10,wouod reccomend.


Tecna looks like someone shaved her head off as an April Fools joke. Tecna is overtly logical. She would never. She has an athletic outfit with LED lights and that is kind of it... I know kids were clowning on her bodysuit back then but I think it looks cool! I feel like if they did something similar to her Bloomix outfit but more modern and simple,no one would have complaints. Sometimes there are animation errors in her transformation and her transformation background is AI. The scene with the computer lasts too long but yeah,pretty nice overall.
