Hello!

Have you gone to your inventory and clicked on the camera button?

You have to click on the first option - the chest - at the top to go to your inventory. Then, you have a little camera button in the bottom right corner. Clicking on it allows you to save and update your image!

Which categories, specifically?

It says here you have the following items bought:
"Summer Stella Style Hairstyle
V-Cut Shaping Top
Star Strider Sleeve Top
Top With Stripes and Long Sleeves"

The stella hairstyle is in your character
The tops should be in your "chest" (inventory) when you go to the same area. Can you show me a screenshot?
