Voting...?

Hii! So I was on the Russian forums so that I could get Valtor's mark and visited the other languages too and in the French forum,I noticed a lot of voting polls in the topics and they weren't seasonal either,because in the English forum we only get voting polls in seasonal events. Can we just make vote polls and I didn't know that,is it exclusive to the French forums or did they have help from the admins? Thank you for listening

Polls can only be done by minimods of each forum. However, users can request polls in the HELP! topic that they'd like minimods to do. For e.g. in contests or personal chats. As long as it's nothing too long or against the rules.
