avatar update problem

hello! so i and my friend (etosama) both have this problem: we bought some clothes and put them on in the web avatar dress up, but it only shows up there, the gardenia profile doesn't update for either of us. i saw there was a topic like that already but i'm still not sure what am i supposed to do with that. i would greatly appreciate some help
