But bug reports work too. I usually check them every two days, and I just so happened to check them and replied to them!

The bug you experienced with the missing Gardenia channels happened due to live maintenance on our servers. As the game is still in beta, occasional issues like this can occur while we’re actively developing and making changes.
We’ve just restored the channels to normal, and you should now be able to enter Gardenia without any problems.
This particular update was related to adding different versions of Gardenia for different languages, which is why the English one briefly disappeared during the process.
