Game closes everytime during loading screen (MAC)

Hi. I downloaded the game on my Macbook following this link https://onlinewinxclub.com/centro-web/p ... =en&id=785.
But everytime the loading screen pops up it closes the game.
I don't know what to do and how to make it work?
