This topic is meant to help everyone find a way to change their password if they so wish to! It's pretty easy so all you have to do is replicate the steps shown here!
STEP 1:
First, you must click in "Forgot your Password? Click here!" located in the Log In Box!
STEP 2:
That will send you to the page "Password Retrieval", where you'll be asked to fill both your username and email. If you fill them correctly -- and only if both are correct, will you get an email sent by the website to your email!
STEP 3:
You have to Log In your email and find the email sent by info@onlinewinxclub.com which will give you an URL to activate a temporary new password for you to safely log in to. The email can either be in your mailbox, spam box or trashbox, so search for it to make sure you get access to your new temporary password!
The email will contain a link that you MUST copy and paste in the navigator which will activate a the temporary password for you to Log back in!
STEP 4:
After activating the link, you can just go to the website's main page, enter your email and temporary password (given in the email, picture above) and then click in "My Account".
STEP 5:
In my Account, you simply have to put the current temporary password and create a new one for yourself of your choosing, and voilà! You now have successfully got your account back and made a brand new password!
