Empty Winx Adventure launcher

Hello! I just wanted to install Winx Adventure, but it seems like the launcher is lot loading fully. Some areas/buttons are empty, and some (like "repair") aren't working at all. Reinstallation didn't help, and it seems like everything is fine with my internet connection :[

It seems like you're not having internet connection at all. The play button being missing and the image is a common issue when the launcher can't use wifi to connect to the website or your internet is fine but is simply refusing connecting to our website in specific. Do you use VPN of some sorts?

It seems like you're not having internet connection at all. The play button being missing and the image is a common issue when the launcher can't use wifi to connect to the website or your internet is fine but is simply refusing connecting to our website in specific. Do you use VPN of some sorts?

I do use VPN, yes, but how should I explain... It's a VPN that's allowing me to use internet, not slowing it down XDD Everything works fine with it, and if I'll turn it off - nothing will load. Even the site itself will barely work! So, I assume that my VPN can be the reason, but I'm more than sure that without it launcher will never work... Can there be any other reason or a way how to avoid this problem?

There's no problem with using a VPN so don't worry about it! But it usually means that VPN's services aren't reaching the launcher. If you're unable to use your normal connection and use VPN on the browser, the launcher might still be using your normal connection or lack off, and doesn't update.

I don't think I have a fix for that just yet, but I'll try to think of something, as the launcher is required for Windows to run the game. However, and while I wanted to keep this a secret, a brand new way of playing Winx Adventure is also coming soon! If you have an android phone, you should be able to play starting tomorrow!

I also know several minimods and mods from the russian forum that might be able to give you a better answer or maybe even ways to bypass this issue perhaps?

I'll try asking the same thing on Russian part of the forum since almost everyone uses VPN there, you're right... And then I'll be waiting for the updates and fixes :]] Sounds intriguing! Thank you for your help <3
