Delete character BurgersDeb [img]https://pbs.twimg.com/media/G7rGsKxWAAANita?format=jpg&name=large[/img] I don’t know how this character got in my account but PLEASE PLEASE help me delete it since I can’t find a trash can icon to delete it many thanks if you can since I wanted to create my character for game with HSweetMama as only character in account since it is similar to my gaming username HotSweetMama

How exactly did a new account get into your account if they're linked to your own account though?

Unfortunately, deleting Winx Adventure accounts is not possible at the time.

Update, I just checked and BurgersDeb was created on November 10th, are you sure you didn't make an account?

I didn’t make an account in game sorry to put you through all this trouble it looks like they tried to login their account but my account was in browser somehow since game uses account on website so they may have used my account by mistake but I don’t remember login in account so they may have logged in my account from remember me but they saying it is a glitch and ip address when I questioned them about it how I came to this conclusion is because I’m now playing the game in another computer but before I would log in my account in computer they were using after sometime in a lot of browsers in same computer they were using but that was after sometime they created winx adventure account but this BurgersDeb would keep showing up so I did not get this to your attention because I thought it was still their account when in reality finding out in another computer it may mind as well be my account they were using all along or could be they character sync in my account when I logged into computer they were using
