We have something very special to celebrate! As of October 21st, an incredible 1,221 players have experienced Midnight Hunt, our Halloween event in Silent Villa!
To thank you all for the amazing love and support, 700 Winx Coins (WX) will be sent to everyone's accounts over the coming days! It's a little gift to show how grateful we are for having such a wonderful community!
A Little Behind the Scenes...
This year hasn't been the easiest, and a lot of work has been happening quietly behind the scenes. As the only person responsible for the game's coding and technical development, bringing new content to life takes time. But I'm certainly not alone! A huge thank-you goes to TobiasAR, who creates all the beautiful outfits, furniture, and Garden of Charmix assets that help bring our magical world to life!
Believe it or not, Midnight Hunt wasn't originally planned! I had an entirely different Halloween concept in mind for Silent Villa, possibly even involving a redesign! Perhaps next year?
However, with so much work going into the Alfea revival and the continued development of Garden of Charmix, I decided to take a different approach. Instead, I brought together several systems I've been developing, including dialogues, powers, animations, custom weather, and enemies, to create what eventually became Midnight Hunt!
And here's a fun fact: development only began during the last week of August, and I was still finishing everything just three days before the event's release on October 18th!
There's Still So Much More to Come!
More than anything, I wanted Midnight Hunt to show that a few quiet months don't mean development has stopped! There's so much happening behind the scenes, even when there aren't many visible updates.
I hope this Halloween adventure feels like a little gift to everyone who has been patiently waiting for powers, new features, and more magical content while Garden of Charmix continues development.
Seeing over 1,200 of you explore and enjoy something I've poured so much love into genuinely means the world to me. Thank you for your patience, your encouragement, and for continuing to believe in this little magical world we're building together.
Thank you for making it all worth it. There's still so much more magic to come!
