I really understand you
Indeed, in anything the hardest part is to begin...

And I also feel you with carrying books with me and ending up not reading them

But things don't always go like we planed and there're so many books to read (and re-read)!

I love "A Year Before" so much, especially Cornelia's comic always makes me so emotional. Btw I found out there're so many W.i.t.c.h. comics online which were never translated into my language and now they're all on my to-read list (after I finish re-reading the comics I own since I wanna read then chronologically).
Oh your weekends sound so fun and relaxing! I wanna watch figure skating too! Speaking of which, I used to go to figure skating lessons (for beginners) for a couple of years when I was a kid but I didn't take them long enough to learn any jumps. I just got new skaters for a birthday present and I went ice-skating after a 5 years break! I can't use figure skaters anymore because my joints get hurt by wearing any heels so I switched to ice-hockey skaters without heels and spikes and now it feels like I'd never ice-skated before, it just feels so different and I need to struggle to keep the balance. But I'm still excited since I've been dreaming of ice-skating again for a couple of years and even though every muscle of my ankles and feet feels sore now I'm feeling hopeful about re-learning it

Do you like any winter sports yourself?
I get goosebumps at that Cornelia's comic every time!

It's amazing that thanks to the Internet we can now read and reread these comics!

As a child, I couldn't even dream that I would one day read the comic in full. I think I only had one issue of W.I.T.C.H. magazine back then, and it had a completely random short part of the story

It was completely impossible to understand without context
Wow, I'm sure those skating lessons were packed even without the jumps, so cool!
I hope you have a great time at the rink!

I'd love to hear how it goes!
When I was about 12 years old, there was an outdoor ice rink just a few minutes' walk from my house. My sister loved spending time there, and I wanted to learn how to skate too, so eventually my older brother gave me a pair of skates as a gift (I'm from a small town, so skate rentals simply didn't exist there

). But I was incredibly clumsy and cowardly, so neither my sister nor my classmates managed to teach me how to skate.

Now, after I started following figure skating, I've wanted for years to at least learn how to stand properly on skates. But I just don't have anyone to go to the ice rink with me, and I definitely don't wanna go there alone
Well, I'm generally not athletic at all

I have heart problems, and throughout my school years I was exempt from PE classes. I had to be careful with physical activity, so I grew up never really trying
any sports myself
But there are some sports I'd really like to try!

For example, rn I'm going through a phase where I really want to try curling (like, I think, many people who are following the Olympics currently

), this happens to me every four years...
However, going back to what I already wrote in this message to Blomady: the hardest part is to begin...

Do you do any other sports? Is there any sport you've never tried but want to?
