You can't upload pics here, you need to use a free hosting website.

There a few options. Be careful with the size however, only pictures up to 700x700 are allowed!

After you have the URL of the picture, just put it between:

[img]URL[/img]

Although a topic explaining this is from the forum, the old official one had one, so I'll create one later, or ask cherie to do it.
