Alexarion wrote:Hey! How‘s it going?  zao_zao  I‘ve to tell you something really exciting. But I‘ll make a cliffhanger here. You‘ll read it in my last sentences hehehehe  :D  /houra//

I‘m so happy that you liked the first volume of Villains! I hope your meal didn‘t burn so much you couldn’t eat it anymore   :ehmeh::

Here the Manwha costs 14€ here. It‘s okay I think. I mean it‘s coloured, the cover is great and stuff. But for me personally the sides are way too thin. Be a bit carelessly and you have a crack in the paper. Never happened to me until now because I‘m hyper careful but still. (...)

Oh I managed to save it  I think it was meant to cost an equivalent of 12 euro, but it's actually about €9, and it is really good quality. I'm glad it's about 10 volumes. It's a good lenght, but it will also take about 2 years to finish, since it's published in 2 months cycle...

I hope You don't mind me shortning your qoute, it's just to make the posts more consize...

Alexarion wrote:Yeah I totally agree. It looks way too polished in my opinion. Same! I think wacky stuff feels more fun and comfortable. I personally loved the Sims 3. Even tho it had a lot of bugs. I never actively played Sims 1 but my sister.
[...]
A magic sims game would be awesome! Your characters can transform and fly. But it has to have funny bugs. Then it‘d be perfect

Yeah I don't like the modern style either and I agree about it being passionless, like it was the easiest to make/copy from reference...
I also didn't play sims 1, I watched my cousin, but I thik it was the most out there of all the sims

Oh goodness the bugs would be hilarious!

Alexarion wrote:Thanks for keeping me up to date! I honestly smiled a bit while reading your two extra posts  :D

You're welcome. ;)

Alexarion wrote:Yeah I figured. Sometimes I‘m scrolling through Etsy and see these weird AI stuff. I‘m sorry to hear that your friend got blocked. What does she sell?

Yeah, all those images are uncomfortable... She wasn't block, luckily, but she knows plenty people, who were. She sells sculptural silver jewellery. Everytime she uses shells, those pieces are flagged and hidden from her gallery, cause apparently someone chocked on abalone and now etsy marks it as dangerous, even when it's jewellery and not food... And obiously there is more of such fun ideas...

Alexarion wrote:I had a friend which wanted to earn money through creating AI colour books. I had a huge discussion with him why I think it‘s stealing and low effort. He didn‘t want to listen and honestly that was a topic that made me a bit mad  :cloud:
I also recently saw a lot of sponsored ai posts on instagram where people tell you how to earn money through AI art. I couldn‘t keep my mouth shut and commented on some posts sarcastically:“Sure, make artists even more poor. Congrats! Great job!“ But actually it‘s not my business and maybe I just pushed the algorithm with commmentin but I couldn‘t help it  :x

Yeah true. I figured out the same. It‘s definitely a 50/50 thing. I found a good cake recipe you can make in a little cup. That was one good thing from Chat GPT I can recall 🤔

Aw sorry your friend didn't listen... But it's great You tried to stop him anyway. Specially that he was more likely to loose money on it rather than make it... And yeah, the althorithm probably read your comment as interest and engagement...
It might be better to mark them as scams, which they are. Instagram will probably not remove them, but maybe will show You less...
You know what, I am glad I got rid of my account there!

Alexarion wrote:Which songs do you dance to? From Blackpink for example. And do you dance the original song choreography?

As for BP, it's basically whichever I click first, cause compared to what's in now, they are pretty tame and easy... And in all fairness, I haven't dance in some time...

Alexarion wrote:It was Highschool you could say. But still  :ehmeh::

I mean, my teachers back then normally studied as teachers but with a focus on art. I don‘t know. I couldn‘t take their way of teaching art seriously. Nobody could. [...] I dunno if this may be a factor but my art teachers were old short before pension and they acted like really hate teaching and didn’t wanna be there  :ehmeh::

Ah, well there You have it. If the teacher didn't want to be there, it's hard for the students to feel differently. :(

Alexarion wrote:You‘re definitely right! You could say the roots might not be strong enough. I feel like here in my city they cutted down a lot of trees. Maybe it‘s also because of climate change and it‘s too dry most of the time? I can‘t tell.
(...)

I would love to believe in that, but the cynic in me thinks it's rather that wood is priced well and cities can pretend that planting a small sampling in a place of green tree basically means no harm was done... Also You know the best way to help cities combate the consequences of climate change - maintaine and plant more trees and shrubs... (Together with maintaining air corridors, which are often now cut by new building permits - had few friends, who were ecologists, greenery architects and into urban planning, so they shared their sources.)

Alexarion wrote:Wow, I never thought about this and I actually never thought that some buildings here might have features especially when it comes to layout and decoration. I was in Prague last year and the architecture is really amazing! I was told the architecture is mostly the same as in the 1940s because back then Prague was very lucky not getting b…. that much. I write it like that because I don‘t know if we‘re allowed to write it down here. Just in case  :ehmeh::

It‘s amazing how much stories architecture is telling us  /flowerpower/

It can tell us a lot, but I think first, people need to be open to listening, like You were in Prague. I think You could play a game and find buildings in similar style to those in Czechia, in your neighbourhood and see how the vary base on details and such (and try to guess the reason for it). Also go for a trip (walk or ride, and not in one day, obviously), looking at late xviii and xix century rural and small town churches (perphaps the protestant ones especially) and see if they don't look similar. :D

Alexarion wrote:I wanted to check it out but couldn‘t find something under the name: My year–spring“ I found: Waiting for Spring“ by Harumatsu Bokura and „Back to Spring“ from Han Xu. Can you name the mangaka?  :)

Oh no! I hate it when I find great manga and there a problems while publishing. Damn this will take a while if one of the authors died  :ehmeh::
Thanks for the recommendations. I’ll check them out! Especially My brothers husband caught my eye. I wanna read something different than the usual stuff I read :D

Mangaka was Jiro Taniguchi and scipt author Jean-David Morvan, which might qualify it as a comic. It has a comic format, but at the same time it was published here by manga publisher. Also it's not exactly that the manga died right after the first volume, but given how much he worked on and how much time it takes to make a comic, especially in an international cooperation, I couldn't tell if their cancelled the project, or if next volume was in works, but on a low priority...

Alexarion wrote:Alexarion from the future wants to tell you that you burned your food while simply reading the first 15 minutes. She thinks you like it  :ugeek:

Alexarion from future was not wrong, but I also used to read while walking, untill I walked into a street lamp and almost appologized...

Alexarion wrote:Yeah same. I don‘t like that as well because you can feel it when the story is nearly over and they put some extra stuff in to stretch it out.

Whaaat? Enchantix is not the final transformation? What do you mean? That‘s what Faragonda said

Yes, exactly that

Alexarion wrote:Oh no, rip 💀 I can recommend a really nice and beautiful room plant to you. Google: Spathiphyllum wallisii
Sorry couldn’t find the English name for it. But this plant literally lays down their leaves when it‘s thirsty and they‘re rising up as soon as you water them! The plant is amazing! It literally tell you what they need. Recommendation here

Oh the "hot fuzz" plant  I had one, it's in my family home. Yeah, they are great. I also had a hibiscus, but this one grew into a tree and had to be planted outside...
Also using latin name is far more useful, so thanks for that.

Alexarion wrote:My plants are thriving but one of them has bugs..again. This is the third time or so. Dunno if I should water the leaves and change the earth  :ehmeh::

That's the problem I've got with my rose, but I didn't think of changing the soil. Thanks, I will keep that in mind as a treatment!

Alexarion wrote:Recently I feel very good  zao_zao  Last days it was really sunny and warm. I felt like a phoenix rising out of their ashes
Hope you feel better now and got some ☀️

Now let‘s come to the cliffhanger..

I managed it draw again! I draw a lot since a week and I feel like slowly getting back at it. I do traditional and digital art right now and I loooove it! I‘ll post some stuff in my gallery in the art area here soon  /houra//  /flowerpower/

How about you? Did you draw something?  //MWOMWO"

Oh I'm soo happy You drew again! //MWOMWO" /flowerpower/
As for me, I've been locking on a sketch, but it takes far longer than it should and I know it has some issues, but I think I rather leave them in, cause otherwise I would just need to start all over with a blank page...

Oh I know, I felt the same, I've spent as much time outside as I could, even just sitting outside on a park bench and writting in the evening. :D
And it's raining again! I NEEED MORE SUN!

So that sounds like an inside weekend... :/ Maybe a gallery or a museum weekend? ;) (assuming the entrance fees aren't exorbitant, of course).
Here the weather finally got nice and warm, and I really need it to continue through the weekend too! I've got to go for short walks in the sun yesterday and today, but I want more!!!

I'm guessing the book is a paranormal romance (rom-com?), but as for drama... it's a rom-com??? And where are You watching it?
