Similarly to the topic that was created by harpa in Portuguese Forum, here we add 1 if we have English as our first language in our country, but if we are strangers we subtract 1.

For instance:

User 1 (1st language in their country is english): 0
User 2 (1st language in their country is english): 1
User 3 (who is stranger): 0
User 4 (who is stranger): -1
User 5 (1st language in their country is english): 0

...

Yeah,Australia should count as well but I think if someone's first language is English they add,but if it is second,thrird etc they subtract

I just follow the same rule that was used in PT Forum (Just Brazilians and Portugueses count as "portuguese"). Here aren't British and Americans?
