Updating Icon/Avatar

I'm sorry if this is a bit of a silly question but I really can't figure out how to make my Web Avatar appear properly on my profile photo. No matter how many times I update and save my outfit, on my profile photo it still shows the basic female avatar.
Am I doing something wrong? Is there a different thing I have to do to make my avatar show up?

that is very weird, especially because no one has that issue or problem

1. What browser are you using?
2. Did you try to save in others?
3. Clicking multiple times on the camera won't save it? Did you try to have a tab open in the game and another in the website to see if it updates?

I reseted your pictures, try again and let me know if they update...

I'm using Opera GX, I'm gonna try on Microsoft Edge to see if anything changes because it still shows my standard avatar on my profile photo. I clicked on the camera many times, at least once per day and nothing ever changes.

I have no idea why you're the only person who just... doesn't get an avatar in the miniature. Especially because your main, "big" one is saving. The big one only saves if the mini one does.

I juuust tried in Microsoft Edge and it didn't work. I'm really confused too because I can see my avatar saved normally in Gardenia Profile and in the avatar editor but just the little profile photo won't update.

Do you think it maybe has something to do with the fact that I accidentally signed up as a Specialist Avatar and then you manually had to change it to Fairy?

hmmm, no idea... in theory you should be a fairy because I changed everything. Let me try to reset you again and put "fairy" as the default option for you. This is unknown territory in what it might do since no one has it as default, but I don't have any more ideas.

If it doesn't work again, let's go extreme and please create a new account called "Daphne1". I'll transfer your coins, messages and clothes from your current account to the new one.

Do this if it still doesn't work:
1. Create a new account called Daphne1
2. Get coins and try to get an item (shirt or hair) that changes the icon to see if your account is working as intended
3. Tell me here and I'll send everything from Daphne to Daphne1, including the username.
4. If you also want to change your e-mail to the one for Daphne, let me know and I'll make sure Daphne1 also gets the email from Daphne.

Done! Made a new account named Daphne1 and bought a hairstyle. It works normally, the hair showed up on the profile photo! If you could transfer everything to that account, including the email, that'd be great! Just let me know if you'll be transferring the password too or if the password will be the one from the new account!
