Weekend update

I finished Sunrise on the Reaping by Suzanne Collins yesterday and gave it 5 stars. It was such a great book, but oh so sad, so so sad. The movie is coming out in November 2026, I believe; and I just know it's going to be amazing.

I advanced a bit in The Proposal Project, I'm now at 59%. I'm still gonna read a bit more of this one today. :D Aaand I ended up picking Babel up already. I'm reading this one while listening to the audiobook and so far it's getting pretty interesting. I'm at 28%.

Is "Sunrise on the Reaping" really that sad?
I was thinking about checking it out but now I don't know if I want to bawl my eyes out

Well, I didn't cry, but it did make me a bit emotional...
You're never really prepared for that you're about to read, but please do read it! It's such a great story, Suzanne wrote it beautifully! (Even the sad parts  )

Special reading update /flowerpower/

Last week I bought a Kobo (an e-reader) and it's on its way! //MWOMWO" I'm so excited for it to arrive, I honestly can't wait. I've already been trading epub files with a friend of mine who also has a Kobo (she's just as excited as I am  ).

Regarding the reading update itself  , I've been slowly reading Babel. With work and all, I haven't been able to read much. But I'm really enjoying it so far. :) This is another 4-day work week since tomorrow is a national holiday in Portugal, so I plan on reading a lot more.

I'm also planning on starting Sinister Spring by Agatha Christie soon. She's one of my favourite authors.
