When I wanted to play a winx minigame I get logged out of sudden, is anyone else expriencing this?

It happened again with when I was editing my Web Avatar

Make sure to click in "Remember me" when logging in, this will ensure your session stays active at all times. If you don't, periods of inactivity may log you out.

I check "Remember Me" but I get logged out non-stop, this is the problem I have.

This bug happened because you disconnected "by force" while in your web avatar. I don't get it, the logs show all is fine and you're not disconnecting manually, it's like there's something forcing you to disconnect. You may have a setting in your chrome or your PC that is forcing you to not stay connection after a while, or maybe your cookies are being refreshed somehow. But something is happening that is out of my control.
On the website logs, I only see you updating your avatar countless times and then you getting disconnected by an unexpected exit (forced log out, not via you clicking in log out).I will see if I can extend the session for everyone but that won't stop you from disconnecting, only from disconnecting as often.

Tell me what you were doing while that error happened. Were in the game or did you go to another tab/closed the tab for a moment and restored it...?
Describe your proccess if you can, otherwise I can't replicate and get to the bottom of this unexpected exit

I haven't closed any tabs or had another tab for this site, I refreshed my page and switched over to treasure box and make-up mirror
