Deciding to go out that night had been a bad idea.
Deciding to go to that party had been a bad idea.
Deciding to enter that house of mirrors had been a bad idea.
And Bloom was becoming more and more convinced of it. Especially thinking about that concoction that the girl dressed as a witch had made her drink at the entrance. “It's part of the game,” she had said.

She should have thought about it more. Was that black dress and the heavy, dark makeup really a costume? Why had she listened to her? Why had she drunk without even thinking twice?
Sky, at her side, had not hesitated to take off the Wendigo mask he was wearing, immediately opening the bottle and drinking the purple liquid. And she had had no choice but to imitate him before crossing the door and plunging into the darkness.
Now she thought about how naive she had been, with her head throbbing and her reflections in the mirrors playing nasty tricks on her, making her jump continuously. The lace of her black and blue suit stung her arms and legs. The collar seemed tighter, squeezing her throat. Yet, she had worn that suit before without ever finding it annoying.

She had lost Sky. She didn't know how. Maybe in the dark, they had taken different paths, imagining they were still next to each other because of their images projected on the mirrors.
Now, however, in the soft light, she could only see many of herself. Her eyes almost dull, opaque. Maybe a contraindication of that potion.
She hugged herself tighter when the light seemed to dim even more, leaving room only for darkness. Colder and colder, darker and darker.

"Sky?" she tried, without getting any answer.
"Sky, please, answer me, it's not funny. I want to get out of here, there's something strange."

And after a few seconds she felt other arms wrap around her, squeezing her. She screamed in fear before a hand covered her mouth and a "shhh" was whispered in her ear.
Still with her heart pounding in her throat, Bloom ran her hands up his arms, reaching his broad shoulders, his neck, and the mask covering the man's face.

The mask was stretched out and touched the right side of her face. She ran her fingers along it, recognizing Sky's mask and finally letting out a breath she didn't know she was holding.

She shook her head to free herself from the hand still covering her mouth.

"This isn't funny. Let's get out of here quickly."
A familiar laugh answered her. Yet that voice didn't belong to Sky.

"Are you really sure you want to leave, Bloom?"
The mask seemed to evaporate, and the man's warm breath hit the skin between her neck and shoulder, making her shiver. And this time, not from the cold.

The fairy felt a blow to her chest, like a chasm opening inside her, when she recognized Valtor's voice.

The exit from that place couldn't seem further away. The potion had worn off and Bloom was now feeling the aftermath of what felt like the worst hangover of her life. When she finally made it through the door to the outside, she nearly fell to her knees from the exhaustion she felt.
Her friends were all out there waiting for her.

“Hey, Bloom? Are you okay?” Stelle was right by her side, sensing that something was wrong.
Bloom opened her mouth to answer, not really knowing what to say, so she remained silent.

“What happened to your dress?” Stella asked again.
And only then the redhead looked down at the rips that dotted the fabric, the pantyhose that needed to be thrown away and the strap of the corset that was hanging, torn from its buttonhole.

“I... I don’t know.”
She didn’t have time to say anything else before the same witch from the entrance approached them, the Wendigo mask in her hands.

“You forgot this at the entrance.” he said, holding it out to Sky.
“The potion you drank was created specifically to cause hallucinations of one of your fears. But I think we all know that often the line between hate and love is thin. And it fails, showing us one of our deepest desires.”
Then she turned to Bloom, who was now holding onto Stella so as not to fall. The witch’s gray eyes seemed to pierce her like a thousand knives.

“But, maybe something else can happen. Maybe, in some cases, it can show us one of our worst fears, the most hidden ones, the ones we don’t even know exist.”

"So, what did you see, Bloom?”




I was hoping I could spend more time writing this story and better realize what I wanted. Unfortunately I was limited to now because of * my life * . I hope it's ok <3

Do you like Christmas? Why?: Oh, Christmas! ✨💖 It's just... A magical time! I love decorating the tree with crystal toys and colorful lights! And singing Christmas songs with a choir is such a treat! And presents! Of course, presents! Especially if they're new magic wands! (I wish I could get one of those). And spending time with friends, that's the most important thing!

What's your favorite thing about the holidays?: Oh, the New Year's holidays! It's just magical! ✨ Everything sparkles, sparkles, smells like tangerines and... magic! 🌟Rabbit Tumble 🌟

The night before Christmas, there was an atmosphere of magic and anticipation in Alfea. The Winx were enthusiastically preparing for the holiday, decorating the school with garlands of fireflies and ice sculptures. However, despite all their efforts, the main character of the party that night was not Bloom or Stella, but Kiko, a charming and fidgety rabbit.

Kiko, dressed in a tiny knitted sweater with the image of Santa Claus that Flora had given him, ran restlessly through the corridors, knocking the fairies off their feet. He gnawed on Christmas decorations, tangled firefly garlands, and left a trail of absorbent cotton, which he had apparently stolen from Professor Wizgis's workshop.

- Kiko, stop! - Musa begged, barely avoiding a collision with the fluffy whirlwind.

- I can't! - Kiko squeaked to himself, hovering over the chandelier. - It's Christmas energy! It's making me move!

Suddenly the chandelier crackled and went out. A startled rabbit squeal sounded in the complete darkness. When the light came back on, Kiko was sitting on the floor, surrounded by shards of glass, and he... had turned into a huge snow-white snow bunny! His sweater had stretched to an unbelievable size, and he was wearing a miniature Santa hat on his head.

The Winx froze in surprise.

- What... what happened? - Flora whispered, rounding her eyes.

- 'I think,' began Tecna, checking her magic scanner, 'it's an overdose of Christmas magic, coupled with... well, you saw Kiko running around!

The huge Kiko made a muffled sound that sounded like laughter and bounced clumsily, nearly knocking Leila over.

- I... I can turn into a human! - he squeaked, trying to keep his balance.

And indeed, in the next moment, Kiko, already in human form but still wearing a giant sweater, was standing in front of the fairies. He was very tall and a bit clumsy. He had a look of utter confusion on his face.

- I... can do miracles! - he shouted, involuntarily dropping a couple of Christmas tree balls.

That was just the beginning. As Kiko returned to his usual mischief, he accidentally hit the magical projector ball created by Tecna to enhance the Christmas glow. The orb sparkled, releasing a sheaf of golden light that enveloped the poor rabbit. When the glow dissipated, standing before the fairies was... not Kiko. In his place was a huge, glittering gold rabbit in a crown, with a lollipop staff and wings that shone with all the colors of the rainbow. It was the Kiko King of Christmas!

- Power! - solemnly proclaimed Kiko, his voice sounding like bells. - I am Kiko the Magnificent, Lord of Winter Wonders! I demand... I demand... more carrots!

The Winx burst out laughing. The performance was so unexpected and absurd that even the stern Musa couldn't contain her smile. Stella, delighted by the unexpected turn of events, immediately started taking pictures of Kiko with her magic phone.

Kiko, in the role of the king, began to “rule” Alfea: he gave out presents (mostly carrots), announced decrees against boredom and told everyone to dance to Christmas tunes.

Christmas in Alfea was a real magic and a bit of chaos. Kiko, thanks to Christmas magic and his energy, briefly became a real wizard. The fairies, however, were left with an amazing story that they will remember for a long time to come, sipping hot chocolate and looking at pictures of Kiko in a giant sweater. After all, it's unusual events like this that make Christmas truly magical! Kiko, having lost a bit of his royal magic by the end of the holiday, returned to his usual form, but the memory of the rabbit king remained, bringing laughter and smiles to all the fairies.

🐈 Even though he is from the streets, he's the King. This is a manipulative, abusive!!! and adorable cat
🐈 I can't live without animals. Three years ago, I asked my boyfriend to try taking a cat (he was allergic but we knew that he might get used to it). So we tried. But this fluffy guy had a brother and I coudn't stand the idea that we split them so... we got two Spoiler: we managed to get rid of his allergy These guys were found somewhere on the road, one man saved them and here we are
🐈 He's smart. He loves only me He loves my husband when he's hungry He's friendly with almost every animal except his brother but they kinda still love each other, fighting but playing
🐈 ~ Magical bitе: this devil bites you whenever he wants something and he knows he's gonna get it
~ Purrfect sound: when I feel lonely or sad, Monya feels this and comes to me purring and cheering me up

🐕 My husband and I visited a dog shelter a lot a couple of years ago. There, he noticed her and wanted to take her home. When we bought a house and built a kennel for the dogs, we took them! (yes, them!)

🐕 I didn't have to choose a dog in the shelter - she chose me! And I really appreciated that so we took two dogs instead of one

Hi everyone During past 3 years me and my boyfriend were occupied with raising a Maine Coon cat. Here's our story

Pet's name: Marci, we named here after a Dota 2 character
Info about them:
Our Ginger Girl turned out to be a Maine Coon, one of the biggest cat breeds. Indeed, on the photos they might look strict or even terrifying. But in turned out that they have extremely kind character. Luckily, they are companion cats who don't object when you pet them or hold on your laps. They also follow you as you do household chores or work remotely. Princess Marci is also quite energetic, and loves playing with toys, tearing wallpapers, swaying a mirror on the wall, and opening the wardrobes in the night to wake you up. However, all this was happening when she was a kitten. Now when she's a grown up cat, she's not that active

Unfortunetely, pedegree cats usually have breed diseases, and our cat is not an exclusion. Maine Coons and other big cats are prone to having cardiovascular disesases, and it turned out that our cat has one as well fortunately, she's still quite a young cat, and her illness can be teated with medicine. Right now we are visiting a vet clinic once in 3-4 months to have ECG done and feed her with pills 2 times a day.

How the pet became part of the family?

Before we adopted a cat, I dreamt of having a dog and I wanted to get a corgi. The problem is in the childhood I had an evil male cat who always tied toring me to pieces, that's why I didn't like cats. But in many years I started to live with my boyfriend, who is obsessed with animals, and who is totally a cat-person. He started persuading me that we don't need corgi and dogs require much time and effort to raise. Suddenly one of the boyfriend's collegues had a few Maine Coon kittens and was ready to give one to us. Our Ginger girl was the 5-th kitten in the litter, and a singe girl. Despite I always planned to have a dog, I never regretted having my Marci 🥰, and now I'm a cat-person too.
Fun fact about the pet
This fact is more about the breed rather that about my cat. I've heard that Maine Coons were breeded in the United States and usually lived on farms to help farmers save their crops from mice. These cats have furry ears are adapted to rainy weather to prevent water entering them.
Magical abilities
☀ Glass splash: While Marci has been living with us, she hasn’t really done anything bad in our flat except for one thing – breaking things made of glass. During the moments of high activity, she once managed to break all the glass cups in our house so we had to renovate the collection of our crockery. Glass cans, plates and fridge magnets are among the glass things that were thrown down on the floor and turned into extensive glass splashes.
☀ Fur cloud: Whenever I pet my Ginger Princess, I turn out to be in a furry cloud and can’t breathe. Yaay, Maine Coons are really fluffy creatures.
☀ Charm spell: I can’t get away without petting my cat whenever I’m near, I guess I usually get bewitched by my cat.
☀ Invisibility: She tried to get as little as possible when trying to do something prohibited. Can you see anyone at this photo?

── Pet's name
Monni (her breed is partamonni in Finnish so I just took the monni-part as her name. Very creative, I know, my elementary school teacher was mocking me and saying “it’s as creative as calling a horse with the name Horse!” But you know I was a kid when I got her!!

── Info about them
Her breed is Ancistrus and she’s female. Unfortunately she passed away 4 years ago but she was already 15 YEARS old which is really much for a fish so I’m grateful to all these years with her <3

She was a night owl like me: in those days she was mostly in her castle and showed herself only when I was in my room or gave her food in the morning. In the nights she had her own party and kept swimming around the aquarium really fast and endlessly. She also pushed the thermometer against the aquarium glass and I was woken up by the sound of it in the middle of the night. She was really playful and loved climbing and swinging on the water plants (sometimes it looked like some acrobatics!)

She was a real drama queen. She was really sensitive: even though my aquarium was on the 2nd floor of my childhood house she got scared if someone shut a door on the 1st floor and swam back to her castle. If she was “outside” (I mean outside of her castle) I needed to crawl on the floor or sneak to my room because if you walked with heavy or even normal steps she got scared and swam to her castle to hide. Sometimes when I was already in my room and just waved my head, she got scared. But I taught her to come out: everytime I gave food to my fish I knocked the glass gently and she learned to follow my knocking and came out to eat. And if some other fish tried to eat her food she fake-attacked them to scare them away.

She was an introvert like me. She didn’t show up to anyone else than me. She lived with us 15 years but my mom saw her only a couple of times. Usually she went back to her castle if my friends were visiting me and showed up to me after they’d left. If some other fish went inside her castle she waved with her tail to kick them out.

She was also very curious. Once, she swam so high that her head broke the surface of the water and she actually touched the air. Luckily she didn’t do that anymore because I was a bit worried about her.

── How the pet became part of the family?
She was one of my first pets: I started with virtual pets such as Aquapets, Tamagotchis and Nintendogs ds games and soon wanted to have a real pet. I got her in the middle of elementary school, I think I was in the 3rd grade. My mom and I thought that an aquarium could be a great idea: no one can become allergic to it and it was easy to take care of. I saved money for a long time and bought the aquarium with my own money (I remember it was 50e which was a HUGE amount of money as a kid) and mom bought me the fish and all of the decoration stuff: some sand, the castle, some water plants and the chemical liquids etc. I got 10 other fish with Monni but their lifespan was much shorter, from 2 to 4 years. My aquarium was a smaller one so the seller of the pet shop told us not to buy another Ancistrus so my Monni can be the only ruler of the aquarium.

Once when I was singing the theme of the 1st season of Winx she came out of the castle to listen <3

── Magical abilities
She can turn invisible and sense every movement and sound around her; that’s why she can tell if someone breaks into the house.
