Hello, has anyone every gotten a e-mail response from the admin before? O submitted one a week ago and though I understand I was just curious?

Don't worry, the help section is precisely for this and chances are you'll reach me faster through here than the email.

I do read them a lot of times, but I have been avoiding replying to them as of lately because they're either constant repetitions of previous emails or meant to be sent to the winx. Any email sent to any of the characters also land on the main one
