Missing outfit?

Hi! I redeemed the final halloween code but never got my Bloom outfit. Did this happen to anyone else?

Nope, I redeemed Bloom's. Musa's outfit is in the shop for me, but I looked for Bloom's and it wasn't there, in a gift box by my door, or in my wardrobe.

if it didn't appear on the gift box at all then I'm not sure you redeemed it, also musa's oufit isn't in the store, only in different colors, just like bloom's. If you see musa's exact outfit in the wardrobe you might have redeemed musa's. Show me screenshots of your wardrobe if you can and what appears when you try both musa and bloom's code.

Posting an image isn't working....

When I redeem Bloom's code it tells me "You have already redeemed this code. For Musa's it tells me "You already redeemed another code and made your choice!"

I have the recolors of both outfits in the shop, but my wardrobe is empty except for the one top I have. I have a blonde recolor of Bloom's hair but I bought that.

Try to delete two or three pieces of clothing from Winx Adventure and tell me if they appear then. It might be your wardrobe being full and, because codes are always accepted, somehow it's glitched and it's not appearing. If it says you redeemed the code then the clothing has to have entered your wardrobe somehow, as only when it enters the game does it give a success. Try that and let me know.

okay, i can try that. but i havn't really bought anything but that one hairstyle. i just started winx adventure when the codes came out and it took so long to download i didn't get to play the day i put the code in. could that be a problem? if i put the code in before playing the game?

I already had a Winx Club Online account, I just hadn't started winx adventure yet. I finally had the time and the outfits in the calendar inspired me to start it.

Did you/do you have everything but the bloom outfit? Did you redeem the other codes after you created a player or did you redeem them all before you did?

Having an account on the website doesn't mean you'll get the items in Winx Adventure, you still need to create your character/player, otherwise the redeem codes end up not going anywhere. To be honest this is my fault because I made the redeem system for Winx Adventure like 1 week-3 days prior to the calendar's redeem codes and forgot to add an error message for people with no players, (the curse of working on an entire project alone xD) but it is still to be somewhat expected.

Tell me the items you're missing and I'll send them to you, if it's more than one.
