I haven't seen an announcement in russian forum about that, so I've been surprised to find out it accidentally while scrolling the eng forum

It's at the very top in the "ad" of the website, there's one in the russian website as well
But there will be an announcement in the website on October 30th with the URL so that everyone is aware Yes I do!
