I suppose the ideal would be somewhere in the middle, with more articulation. The mattel dolls have bendy arms, but their legs don't move, from what I remember.
The new reboot dolls seem to only have articulated legs... I'm not a fan of the reboot at all, but if they had at least been fully articulated, they would be fun to change into original series dolls.

Their legs DO MOVE but not that much

I seriously wonder why full articulation isn't the standard for doll lines these days. I understand if these were budget dolls, but they aren't!! Even then I'm pretty sure Monster High and other brands had articulated budget releases.

Rainbow is cheap and horrible,I'm suprised they can even MOVE. I heard they got college students as workers and laid them 2€ an HOUR. oof.

Yeah I heard that too... It would explain why the show relies so heavily on AI and looks like that.
I might wait and see if the dolls come to the US, then grab some if they're marked down. At least they'll be fun OOAK projects!
