Rn - not good, tired, heavy, down, can't focus. I'm really worried it's an onset of seasonal depression. :(

Oh dear, I totally get it! I usually feel a little down this time of year as well. I love autumn and rainy weather, but only when I don't need to go out  what makes me the most depressed is that here it gets dark around 5 PM, which is super early, feels like the day flew by and I did nothing but work... Try to do something you enjoy everyday, a hobby and such, have something to look forward to! :happycopains_:

Emotionally tired. I've also been sitting for quite a while so my back is in shambles :problem:

Thanks dear Harpa! Yeah, it's getting dark at 17.00 here too. And I think that's actually the worst part, but what can You do...

Hope You had an opportunity to recover from your back issues and emotional burnout. I'd get You a virtual cup of hot chocolate, if I knew that could help. But I hope You've been able to do something nice for Yourself. Wishing You all the best.

It happens sometimes, but I've noticed I sleep worse during the weekends, mostly from friday to saturday... :problem: Which is weird, I work from monday to friday, I should sleep better during the the weekend.

Perhaps it's the cumulated stress and/or the expectation to relax? (I'm just speedballing obviously.)
